Yes. We offer both pickup and delivery for all rentals. Delivery fees are calculated based on your distance from our base in Indian River County. Setup is included with our 10x20 pop-up canopy tent and 10x30 frame tent rentals. Setup services for other items are available for an additional fee.

We carry three tent options to fit any event size. Our 10x10 pop-up canopy tent starts at $50 and provides 100 square feet of shade — perfect for vendor events, small gatherings, and backyard parties. Our 10x20 pop-up canopy tent is $100, seats up to 30 guests comfortably, and includes setup. Our 10x30 frame tent starts at $200, seats up to 32 guests for dining, and also includes setup. Optional sidewalls ($40 per panel) and an end wall ($25) are available to enclose the space.

Yes — you can check real-time availability and book 24/7 at saltwatereventco.com. Select your items, choose your dates, and pick delivery or pickup. A 10% non-refundable deposit secures your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon delivery.

We require a 10% non-refundable deposit to secure your date and equipment. The remaining balance is due prior to or upon delivery. Items must be available for pickup by 10:00 AM the following day — returns after 10:00 AM will be charged an additional day's rental fee.
